Everything in its place
See how your world is organized.
Locations open into the Rooms and Containers you already use, while loose items remain easy to spot.
Your belongings, remembered
Itemsbase remembers what you have and exactly where you put it—across every home, room, shelf, and container. Even when you’re offline.

Made for ordinary life
Everything in its place
Locations open into the Rooms and Containers you already use, while loose items remain easy to spot.
One answer, immediately
Itemsbase doesn’t merely tell you that you own something. It takes you to the drawer, shelf, or container where it lives.
Save it now
Take a photo, choose where it lives, and save. Fill in optional details later, when you have more time.
Works offline
Find and add items without a connection. Photos and changes wait safely on your phone and sync when you reconnect.
Share safely
Share a collection, a tag, or individual items with other app users. Viewing shares let them look without editing. Account-free public share links are planned for a later release.

The details
Search, add photos, and move items with no signal: in a basement, a garage, or abroad. Changes wait safely on your phone and sync when you reconnect.
Keep each home, office, and storage unit as its own Location, with its own Rooms and Containers, and search all of them at once.
Put items in Rooms and Containers, gather them into Collections across Locations, and add Tags that autocomplete so the same label is never created twice.
Give other app users view-only access, and revoke that share when needed. Location co-managers have separate editing access. Public share links are planned for a later release.
